LUMINELLE

(Lum-in-l)

These tiny creatures are kin to krill and are slightly smaller. They have a transparent body and glow a dark electric blue color. Alone, they are very hard to see, especially in the day, but because this species is so overpopulated, they are seldom alone. Oftentimes, they travel in groups of over ten thousand, creating large glowing sections in the countless bodies of water in Yoxtoll Forest. Despite traveling in large swarms, luminelle are still easily devoured by becutti.
